You're responsible for providing accurate information and the access we need to deliver your service, and for how you use the systems we build. You retain ownership of your business, your data, and your accounts.
Fees, billing schedule, and cancellation terms are set in your agreement. Setup fees and monthly plans are billed as described there. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.
We work hard to deliver value, but outcomes depend on many factors specific to your business. We don't guarantee particular results, revenue, or performance figures.
To the extent permitted by law, Brainy Octopus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
